Let me say this, this guy gets mad at me for putting a sign up on character information with "Hidan Requirments Rouge". (You can ask Naruto and some more people) I don't understand what's wrong with that, and 2 more things when people tell you to stop raging when you lose a exam you be like "no he cheated no he glitched", and for some reason you keep saying "stop Minato" when I tell you to stop cursing or capsing.

Not to be mean, but I really don't understand your English. I see the name Hidan so lemme say this, Hidan is a Rouge ninja so you need the rank Rouge and not chuunin.
