How to Achieve S-Jounin (Star-Jounin)

So Shiro liked my idea so here is how it goes once you get jounin you have to lead a squad of 3 members
and all 3 members of that squad must get Jounin so train them well and they should be able to do it
S-Jounins can go for hokage as its stated already to get Hokage you have to beat a Hokage

Or for a village that doesn't have a kage (Mist and Stone)
The First one to become an S-Jounin gets kage (can choose to be the first kage or a character kage we have on the signs in spawn)

Requirements are Jounin Uzumaki Clan + Donate
